Get there early
Getting there early is a top water park tip that can save you some time, and primo dibs on the best seats in the house. This is especially true if you’re visiting on a holiday or weekend.
Aside from the benefits of arriving early, most water parks offer discounts if you buy tickets in advance and online. This will save you a significant amount of money, and will also save you from standing in line all day long!
If you’re planning a trip, you should check out the height and age restrictions for all the rides. This is a good idea because some rides will not be suitable for young children or those who haven’t mastered swimming yet.
Bring a bag or two
DreamWorks Water Park is one of the largest indoor water parks in the world. It features a variety of attractions, including record-breaking slides and luxury cabanas. If you’re headed to the park with your family, it’s a good idea to bring a bag or two.
This will keep your valuables protected from getting wet while you’re having fun. In addition, it can help you to organize your items more efficiently. You’ll also be able to access your belongings without any hassle.
Depending on the size of the bag you bring, it may be best to bring a backpack instead of a duffel bag. This will ensure that you can easily find what you need during your trip. It will also make it easier to carry your belongings around the park.
Bring a life jacket
If you’re planning to take a trip to DreamWorks Water Park, you might want to bring your own life jacket. This is an easy and inexpensive way to make your visit more enjoyable!
If the park allows it, it’s also a good idea to bring swimsuits. Usually, water parks don’t allow guests to go into the water unless they have proper bathing suits on, so make sure you bring a suit that fits well and doesn’t ride up or fall off as you walk around the park.
Some parks have lockers for guests to rent. This is a great option for storing valuables. Typically, you pay a deposit and receive a key after you return it. You can keep your phone and other items inside your locker for the entire time you’re in the park.
Dress appropriately
Whether you’re zipping down a slide or splashing around a pool, it’s important to dress appropriately. The right clothes will keep you comfortable and allow you to enjoy the park as much as possible.
To ensure you don’t accidentally break a water park’s dress code, check the park’s website before your visit. Some parks frown on bathing suits with metal buckles, zippers or decorations, and you’ll want to avoid wearing sunglasses or bulky jewelry while at the park.
If you’re not sure what to wear, try a bikini or one-piece swimsuit that fits correctly. This will help you to stay comfortable and move quickly down slides that have high impact. Also, remember to bring sunscreen and a water bottle. A lot of parks have lockers for you to store your gear, so be sure to check their policy before heading to the park.
